I wanted to take some space here in this post to introduce my second published website for “Meal Plan Fix“. Here you will find nothing but the healthiest meals that are easy and will fit into most diet plans.
It’s new therefore not perfect “yet” but I’m working hard at making it everything that you are looking for when it comes to healthy eating and dieting to lose weight.
Believe me, I struggle with weight loss myself, especially since I’m nearing turning 50 years old!! My metabolism is slowing down and the pounds are adding up.
